Prostate Problem Symptoms - The Signs To Look For
By Donald Saunders
www.prostatecancerexplained.com
When prostate problems first appear there are often very few if any symptoms and this is one of the major difficulties with prostate problems, and in particular prostate cancer, as many men do not even realize that they have a problem until it is quite well advanced.
The first signs of any problem are often spotted during a routine medical examination by your doctor, as many doctors will now routinely carry out a simple blood test, know as a prostate specific antigen, or PSA, test for male patients over a certain age. This is not however done in all cases and so there are still a large number of men for whom even a routine medical examination will not detect the presence of a problem.
However, if screening is not carried out the problem will nonetheless become apparent at some point as more and more prostate problem symptoms slowly begin to appear.
One of the first prostate problem symptoms to emerge will be the need to urinate more frequently and a difficulty in maintaining a steady flow or urine. It may also be difficult to start urinating and you may need to strain to begin the flow of urine. There may also be some mild pain when urinating.
As problems continue to develop you'll find that it is difficult to get through the night without having to visit the bathroom and may find urination becoming increasingly difficult and possibly painful. There may also be some signs of blood in the urine.

Dirty Secrets of the Beauty Industry
By Ruth Wallerius
www.purely-natural.net
Every year, women are bombarded with miracle ingredients and revolutionary formulations in skin care products. However, these rarely live up to the cleverly marketed promises. Glorified formulations, elusive names, glamorous packaging and advertising – believe these clever marketing strategies of today and you could part with a lot of money.
What was collagen and placenta thirty years ago became liposome and co-enzyme Q10 today. Mainstream manufacturers adopt a new trend in natural’ and exotic ingredients such as lotus flower, green tea and silk proteins. Every new formulation is marketed as a new breakthrough in science and gives a new dimension in today’s beauty world.
Fortunately, not everything is allowed in advertising. Misleading strategies such as skin regeneration and anti-aging results, which are not scientifically proven, are banned. However, through clever wording, manufacturers are still able to promise eternal youth. It is not allowed to say, that a cream reverses aging, but it’s perfectly legal to say that skin appears younger. Thankfully, even those claims have to be proven.

What Are Some Common Illnesses Caused By Having Too Much Fat In Our Diet?
By Julie Brown
www.internetbizcenter.com
Too much fat in our diet can cause obesity, which is a risk factor of many serious diseases. However, dietary fats are a source of energy for our body and they help produce compounds that regulate a variety of bodily functions such as blood pressure, heart rate and blood clotting. Although our body needs a certain amount of fat to function well, too much fat can cause healthy problems. The recommended diet for us to adopt is a low-fat diet in which our body is being supplied the amount of fat it requires and our risk of health problems is not increased. The following are some common illnesses which are caused by having too much fat in our diet.
Heart Disease
Obesity is associated with high blood pressure and high cholesterol which can increase the risk of heart disease. Heart failure is found to be more common in overweight people.
Diabetes (Type II) (Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes)
Being overweight will increase your risk for diabetes (type II). Obesity is one of the causes of increased resistance to the hormone insulin. This insulin resistance is responsible for diabetes (type II).
Osteoarthritis and Gout
Obesity can increase the risk of developing osteoarthritis in the hips and hands. Similarly, it can also increase the occurrence of gout. Both these diseases cause pain and discomfort to the joints and can inhibit movement.
