Get plenty of it to hydrate the skin try and drink at least two litres a day.

Get one that moisturizes as well as cleans, if you don’t have time to use a body lotion. Try if you can to use a body lotion as often as possible to keep skin subtle and smooth.
8. Use Oils Regularly
Oils are a great way of stimulating lymphatic drainage, removing toxins and making your skin look radiant.
9. Cut down on cigarettes and alcohol
You knew this already - smoking is one of the worst things you can do to your skin and the motion of smoking creates fine lines around the mouth.
Alcohol can make skin look tired and pale.
So best to stop both if you can’t cut down.
10. Eat as naturally as you can
